Our story
Broad Options was founded in 1983 by Rose Ann Flaccavento.
Rose Ann began selling jewelry directly out of her home through word of mouth, flea markets and jewelry parties. Her business grew rapidly and in 1992 she established her first retail location at 1 College Avenue in Poughkeepsie, NY.
Unfortunately Rose Ann passed away in 1995 but her son and daughter-in-law, Joseph and Melissa, continue the business and carry on her legacy.
In 1995, Broad Options outgrew its Poughkeepsie location and landed in a larger space on Route 9 in Fishkill, NY.
In 2023, Broad Options doubled their Route 9 storefront with an expansion to house Joe and Melissa’s growing family business.
Broad Options is a full service jewelry store that will assist you in all your jewelry needs. We can repurpose old pieces, design custom work, repair broken jewelry or simply change your watch batteries. From 14 karat gold to GIA certified stones, our selection is vast.
